VP at Oak Communications-TV/Com-Hyundai , assisted transition company from Analog Cable – Satellite /PayTV hardware vendor, to focus on a digital development of an industry 1st demonstrable 1-45Msps variable consumer Satellite modem and a 256 QAM cable modem. The development resulted in the industry’s 1st deployed Satellite DVB compliant systems in both the Americas and Europe. Total of 6 new DTH Projects launched, 5 in Americas and 1 in Europe.

Alvaro Gazzolo, CEO of Ingenu has decades (30 years) of International Sales, Business Development and M&A experience in “C” Level positions in growing and leading successful Technology companies, Pay-TV companies, Global Satellite businesses, IoT Platforms, Software companies and AI Platforms.
Mr. Gazzolo (Corporate Senior Vice President and Member of the Executive Team at PanAmSat, a listed company, NASDAQ:PAS) developed the Latin American and European markets for the first private satellite operator (PanAmSat) in 1989. In the mid 90’s as head of International he spearheaded all the international strategy of the company with Business Development and M&As. Mr. Gazzolo grew the business from US$2.0M per year to US$350.0M per year with US$2.0 Billion is back log agreements.
Mr. Gazzolo was formerly the CEO of IPTV Americas (LatAm, Europe and North America), an initiative to aggregate the top Pay-TV signals and convert these channels into IPTV/OTT format, for Telecommunications companies to provide Triple Play.
Recently, Mr. Gazzolo was the President for Kit Digital LatAm, the largest OTT Company in the world in 2012 (a listed company NASDAQ: KIT), where he deployed video platforms with Telcos and MSO companies in LatAm.
Most recently, Mr. Gazzolo was contracted as a consultant for different multinational companies eager to take advantage of his vast business development skills in international markets like the Americas, Asia, Europe, Middle East and Africa. Examples are: Ingenu, Digicel (Irish, Mobile company operating in Asia Pacific and the Caribbean), AT&T (QuickPlay) and ThinkAnalytics (UK, Analytics company).
Mr. Gazzolo was educated in England at University College London (UCL) as an Electronic Engineer (B.Sc. with Honors), received a master’s in “Microwaves & Modern Optics” and began a Ph.D. in “Optics” as a Research Assistant and Lecturer. Mr. Gazzolo speaks English, Italian, Spanish and is proficient in Portuguese. Mr. Gazzolo holds European and US citizenships.
Fabien JordanFabien Jordan is Founder and CEO of Astrocast, a leading Satellite IoT service that enables asset tracking and two-way communications in remote areas of the world. Jordan is widely recognized for his work on SwissCube, the longest operating nanosatellite. He also worked as Technical Manager at the Space Exploration Institute in Neuchâtel, where he contributed to the design of two scientific instruments of the ESA ExoMars Rover Mission. Previously, he was Electrical System Engineer at the Swiss Space Center EPFL.
Thanks to his 15-year experience in space systems engineering and his early involvement in the CubeSat community, he became convinced that nanosatellite constellations would disrupt specific segments of the satellite industry and saw the NewSpace revolution coming. In 2014, together with an international team of experts from both the space and telecom industries, he developed a strong business model to provide global, direct-to- satellite Internet-of-Things (IoT) communications. Leveraging the industry-leading performance of Astrocast’s L-band IoT network, Fabien successfully positioned the first Swiss satellite operator as a front runner.
